Positive: Modern new cabin with super comfy bed, large bedroom and excellent kitchen with double gas cooking rings, half size fridge, jug, toaster and a washing machine. Good wifi and heat pump, but no TV. Approx 4.5kms out of Cromwell towards Queenstown. Very nice. Will definitely stay again, but not during frost season due to the orchard fans.
Negative: Booking.com describes accommodation as having daily housekeeping but we had none so I presume it’s a misprint. It wasn’t till we arrived that we were warned that fans in the orchard might go off in the early hours of the morning if temps fell below zero, which they did. The fans sound like a helicopter if you’re standing outside (thank goodness for double glazing). The fans were on for 3 hours from about 3am. Earplugs were supplied, and it was possible to sleep thru the noise, but there was no warning before making the booking so it was a bit of a surprise.
Summary: Modern, clean, new. Great place to stay.

Positive: Absolutely everything! I just want to say that my partner and I have been traveling new zealand for last 3 months, so we have stayed at our fair share of accommodation... Suncrest Villas has been by far the best place we have been to, it offers everything you need in one beautiful well set out unit. The manager is amazing and works extremely hard and it shows! Thank you so much, we will be back for many trips to come.

Negative: It was a great stay. The only comment would be if it's possible to add a mirror.

Positive: We really liked the location was easy to find, the lady in the office OMG she was wonderful i left my face wash , she found it, ive sent a pre payed bag to her so she can send it back. We liked the place so much weve booked for a week at Easter 2026, we were sad to see that our neighbour left rubbish lying around
Negative: Nothing but the bed was a wee bit too hard

Negative: Felt a bit unfinished, bedroom is too big and living area too small . No music or TV so would be. I’ve tk have something there Also needed a table for putting stuff in and being able to sit at for a meal it work
